Repository Strategies is located under Repository Tab. It can be opened from the main menu View → Repository or from the main toolbar.

Loads strategies with one click.

Sorts strategies on various parameters.

If a strategy uses a missing indicator, it shows an error message on the Status Bar. You have to load the missing indicator from the Repository Indicators.
