The Editor allows you to create and edit Expert Advisors by setting indicators and parameters. When you do it, the program calculates the Expert Advisors against historical data, shows the most important stats and draws account and indicator charts. You can use this information to evaluate the experts and, if you are satisfied, you can export them as MQL files. The best generated Expert Advisors are stored in the Collection.
The Editor's toolbar has controls for selecting historical data and buttons for exporting and sharing an Expert Advisor.
When you change the server and the new server doesn't contain the current symbol, the application will select the first available symbol from the new server.
When you change the server or the symbol, EA Studio will try to load data for the current data period, if the data file is missing the app will not be able to load it. For that reason, we recommend you to upload custom data files for all periods from M1 to D1.
EA Studio loads data files and re-calculates the strategy when you change the options.
