Also about Editing instrument we need it to be more universal
now We have to Enter the Name Then add to be seen in the symbol list , why not making the FSB to see the symbol by type not by name this way when we select a folder it will see all symbols at once
Also When Editing the instruments properties we have to change the properties symbol by symbol But if all symbols are sharing the same criteria so it will be proper to have an easy apply to all that way it will save lot of time

Remember that we need to know more than just the name, we also need the points, slippage, etc.
An idea may be that we define some sort of 'descriptor file' that can be placed into the directory with the .csv files, and rather than saving the descriptions in the instruments.xml file, the file descriptions are saved in a small file that lives with the data itself. This would allow data files to be portable between copies of FSB without the need to setup different instruments.xml files.

Partial exit lets say we start with 3 lots and want to exit each lot at a specific condition !!!!

Using percentage of account will look after some of this..... Myself, I use percentage of account multiple times for similar logic.

I find Donchian Channel to be really useful, especially in combination with something else. I read something once that said the two most enduring systems over time were Donchian Channel and Moving Average, I look to use variations of both. If I ever get rich..... I will write an article also hahahahaha

The complete idea is :
From strategy bottom 1. normal path'' no logical groups'' , 2. both'' logic groups or normal'' and 3- to add a third option which is ''only logical groups'' when this 3rd option selected go to common window to control the logical slots like previous post
Add ''longest flat period'' to strategy criteria it will help exclude strategies with no activities for long time
add ''all cost'' % : total return to the strategy criteria
NB : all cost = commissions , leverage , interests ...
another cosmetic modification for generator window its fixed in size and the small windows inside it also fixed '' top ten'' and ''balance equity'' could you make the main generator window and smaller windows re sizable by mouth

Could you apply a new concept '' type of trade'' Lets say a trader use only a limit orders so can we direct the generator search the strategies uses the limit orders entry only !!!!!..... and so on

So Could the condition Average bars in loss < average bar in wins apply to strategy criteria as a filter!!!!
