Hello, below is a topic I posted about a week ago. I have tested the EA on MT4 strategy test and it works

Hello, I have an EA BTC/USD when loaded on MT4 it does not trade, I tried it on another broker's account with the same results. Next, I tested another EA, USD/JPY, and that works on both accounts. I have attached the EA

Your Portfolio Expert looks perfectly fine.

You may test it on a demo account on any other symbol just to be sure it works.

Most probably your broker quotes BTCUSD but doesn't allow actual trading.

Please check if the broker allows crypto trading.

I tested the Portfolio Expert on M1 chart and it opens long and short positions.
