Topic: Waiting for data...

After installing and setting all of data folders, the software continues waiting for data.
All seems to be right, but system don't run.
Could someone help me?

Can you post a screenshot?

Check if you have the necessary data files.

Sometimes when you unsuccessfully try loading a missing file and put the file after that, FSB doesn't want to load it again (because the program marks it internally as missing or bad file).
The solution is to restart the program.

When you do Data Import, the program clears the loaded data log.

You will see the loaded data log when you open a strategy.

When i open a strategy, the message is same.
I think the trouble could be born by the free space of the hard disk

As you can see, "data file is loaded", but anyway it waiting for data

Please go to Data Sources page in the Control Panel.
Select "MT4 DATA" data source.
Click on "Open Data Directory" link. It will open the data folder of the "MT4 DATA" data source.
Check if you have EURUSD60.csv file.

Try with different Data Source, for example with the default one.

I have the same problem, just bought this program and can't use it hmm I have downloaded data from your servers.
Also tried downloading from JForex.

Is it your first run?

Data Statistics page only show the data loaded by other tools. This page does not load data files.
When you download data from the "Data Download" page, it resets the currently loaded data from the other tools. It is normal to see empty data stats after downloading data. The stats appear again when you open a strategy.

What happens when you go to a new strategy?

As a final solution, you can restart FSB.

I have tried restarting, reinstalling etc... Nothing works I have tried also tried to wait over an hour and create new strategy.
But I have tried it on a Windows server 2012 r2 x64, and it works there, but on my Windows 10 x64 computer I don't get it to work.

I think I will run a virtual machine with Windows Server 2012 until this get's fixed.

FSB supports Win 10 - 64 bit. I'm using such environment for development.

The problem must be other.

Please go to Control Panel -> Data Sources page.

Select "FSB Demo Data" data source and click on the "Open Data Directory" link. It will open the currently set folder.
See if it is the folder with your data files.

Thanks for excellent support! Popov found the problem, it had to do with the date and time format on my computer.
Had to change it to English: USA, h:mm:ss, anyways he said he was gonna patch it in the next version of FSB Pro smile

This is the format the data.csv has to be in to work:
2008-01-01    10:30    1.45877    1.45904    1.45844    1.45857    16176

The reported issue is fixed in Forex Strategy Builder Pro v3.2.6.2 Early Access.

It has to load now the files in your native format. Please report if the problem still presents.
