			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi Dear Miroslav</p><p>Thanks for your great support and guidance, I checked all the instructions but the problem exists now ,it is question for me that when i installed the FSB on my wife laptop it works well and load&nbsp; all demo data&nbsp; , but in my case and my laptop it dose not load primary data like data bars, time of updating and beginning ,Account statistic, Balance /Equity chart and so on as screenshot that attached in below..<br />anyway i am thinking of reinstalling of my laptop OS although it is unpleasant for me cause I will lost my applicable soft wares.<br />I am looking forward to your response before reinstalling my OS.</p><p>Best Regards</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>The most common reason is that FSB Pro doesn&#039;t find the files.</p><p>Please be sure that the required files exist in the correct folder of the Data Source. </p><p>To check that, please navigate to Control Panel -&gt; Data Sources. Select the correct Data source on the left. Then click on the &quot;Open Data Directory&quot; link. Check if the files are there.</p><p>Check also the base file name is correct. Do that in Control Panel -&gt; Symbols. Select the Data source at top of the page. Select the correct symbol. Then see the base file name and a filename example at the bottom of the page.</p><p>If everything is fine and FSB Pro still does not find the data, restart the program.</p><p>If you still cannot figure it out, post screenshots of the Control Panel pages and your data directory.<br />We will find and solve the problem for sure.</p>]]></description>

Popov found the problem, it had to do with the date and time format on my computer. <br />Had to change it to English: USA, h:mm:ss, anyways he said he was gonna patch it in the next version of FSB Pro <img src="https://forexsb.com/forum/img/smilies/smile.png" width="15" height="15" alt="smile" /></p><p>This is the format the data.csv has to be in to work:<br />2008-01-01&nbsp; &nbsp; 10:30&nbsp; &nbsp; 1.45877&nbsp; &nbsp; 1.45904&nbsp; &nbsp; 1.45844&nbsp; &nbsp; 1.45857&nbsp; &nbsp; 16176</p>]]></description>

I&#039;m using such environment for development.</p><p>The problem must be other.</p><p>Please go to Control Panel -&gt; Data Sources page.</p><p>Select &quot;FSB Demo Data&quot; data source and click on the &quot;Open Data Directory&quot; link.
