Hi I have problem whit FST. I run 10 copies of FST on my VPS server, but when I look at the up left corner to MT4 i see FST is "disconected" after 1 second it is "conected" and this happend usually 10-20 times in 1 minute. Some times everything is ok - 30 minutes is "conected", and at once start "conected"-"disconected".
I don't know why. Maybe it is from the conection betwen FST and MT4 i thing this conection is not in internet. What should I do?

It can happen when two FST - Expert pairs use one and the same Connection ID number.
Hi Ppov thanks for thr answer, but I dont't have FST - Expert pairs whit one and the same Connection ID number - every pair is whit diffrent ID.
Can it be from the VPS surver, or from the Brokcer?
I experienced such problem with previous FST versions on VPS. The reason was that other user with the same ID numbers interferes with my connection. The latest FST codes also the VPS user name in the connection to MT4 and this problem was solved. You can easily test this case by stopping the experts. If some of your FST copies is still magically connected to a broker, it means that the connection comes from other user. (Ohh windows, windows what shell we do?)
Anyway, the problem is only in the VPS. See the attached program, you can monitor the connections with it. Each FST - MT makes a so called named pipe. The named pipes in this example are:
MT4-FST_Popov-120
FST-MT4_Popov-120
where Popov is my user name and 120 is the ID number.
These pipes are channels for connection between MT4 and FST.
You can see new pipes for every connection you use.
Check it, some useful info may appear.
I have had similar problem with connect-disconnect. It does it during running multiple FST's. I am having a problem with one strategy running on on FST changing Stop Loss on another trade that is open that was made by another FST strategy. IS this clear?
I said stop loss, but it changes the take profit level as well which can be troublesome. The trades need to stay independent.

Hmm.. That should not happen. Please check if your Experts / FST run on different Symbols with different Connection IDs.
In order to have connection the ID of FST-Expert must correspond.
After that for every trade, the Expert checks symbol and its Magic Number

Is the problem exists when you use lower number of FST running? Let say 5-6.
I experienced problems with 8 FST running - MT4 becomes unstable or crashes with error message.
I try whith 5 copies of FST, and the promlem is still existing.

When I use http://www.forexvps.com/ i have no problems. But they are too expensive for me, because i need more RAM to start 10-20 copies of FST.
This morning FST had a problem with taking profits and kept sending orders.
As a consequence my demo account was disabled. I contacted the helpdesk
of my broker and got the following response:
"It looks like your EA was sending a very large number of rejected orders to
our demo server. When that happens the account is disabled to reduce the
number of rejected orders coming in. Why exactly your EA was getting
rejected orders cannot be determined on our end".
I have a position in FST but for some reason FST is not able to trade (take profit). When I try to get rid of the position through "OPERATION" the program refuses and gives "no connection" though it was connected before.
Question: How can I restore my position back to zero without using FST?
Problem solved! 
My broker wrote:
"I have closed those positions for you and credited your account for the
profit. They will not show in your account history because the only way to
close these "stuck" orders is to delete them on our end. By deleting them
it is as if they never existed. What causes these stuck orders is when a
software update and follow up test is done in our Demo environment. The
unfortunate side affect is that random positions become "stuck" or no longer
recognized by our demo server and thus there is no way to close or alter
them except for deletion.
This does not happen in our live environment because live is only updated
with proven updates and only on the weekends so we do not interrupt any live
trading"

Dear Master Popov and all experts,
I'm also experiencing such connect-disconnect problems on the demo account while running multiple copies of FST that reference to multiple copies of MT4. I opened about 4-5 copies and it keeps showing such indicators on some of the copies but sometimes it was ok.
This has jeopardized my trades as the stop loss and take profit were not done due to this. Losing money big time but luckily it's just demo account.
Have we found any solution to this problem? Is it the limitation on MT4? I'm using OANDA Meta Trader.

the problem may originate with the amount of memory available for metatrader.
I think you will have to give the specifics of your machine and the operating system for anyone to be able to give you any kind of answer.
From my experience Metatrader fails, nothing to do with FST, and the failure is caused by an overloaded computer

Installed RAM = 6.00GB
System type = 64-bit OS
Windows 7 Home Premium, Service Pack 1.
I'm running 5 copies of OANDA MT4 and 5 copies of FST. I've also had 2 copies of FSB running on Strategy Generator, which maxed out the CPU usage to 100%. Maybe I need few more PC's and Laptops ;-)

I think that the problem is in something else. I am using 19 instances of FST and 3 instances of MT4 in much lower-end hardware without any problems. I am using Windows XP x64.
If it is a Dual-Core Processor try to close one FSB. One core for FSB and other core for everything else.
Why 5 MT's and 5 FST's? I think 1 MT, 5 charts and 5 FST's should be a better solution.

Hmmm I wonder if you use CCCleaner on a regular basis to clean out the garbage, that is a long shot.
I try to keep my CPU and memory both under 80 (4 dual processors).
I still think the problem is metatrader.

I am using a VPS Windows 2008 server 64 bit version with the last version of the software of Mr Popov.
But i have to to say that seems to happen with last version of FST.
do you need more info or a video?

Is this also impact to trading with Daily chart ?
In my mind, trading within Daily chart only need to run this system at the time before and after the new Daily chart begin ! While we use open at new bar and close at the end of bar ! Right ?!
Same issue. I only run single instance of FST.
I have no problem on my local 64 bit Win7 or 32 bit XP. But when on VPS, I got it connected - disconnect from now and then. Then I tried to change magic number and connection ID (single instance but multi-mode is on), didn't help.

I cancelled my VPS service because I couldn't make FST work on VPS.
It was a Hyper-V VPS. I am not sure if this tech sucks.
I'm having the same issue as fotlitbow above- Running a single instance of FST, getting connected/disconnected maybe 20 times each minute.
I run 32bit Windows 7, however it's run virtual (parallels) on a mac. So far I haven't had any Parallels/virtual machine related issues with FSB or FST.
Going to look at CPU/Memory and try to find out if the lack thereof is causing problems for MT-Although there don't seem to be any other overt functional issues with MT that would be caused by this.
Anyone else still having trouble? Any ideas or suggestions would be great.
