Please visit this url from your browser: https://fsbdatafeed.azurewebsites.net/

If it asks you accepting a security certificate, accept it and try Data Download service again.

Please respond.

This is a web service aimed to be consumed by FSB Pro. It doesn't provide useful information for visitors.

The reason I asked you to load it is to accept its security certificate. It is issued by Microsoft and must be preinstalled on your computer. Probably it was better to check the url with Internet Explorer.

What I see is that the service certificate is valid:

Probably there is something in your local machine or network  that prevents the security handshake.

Re: Data download - problem

This article explains how you can install the certificate on your local machine: Web Services: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS.

There are several other guides in the net about the topic. Just google the error message.

nstalling the certificate

In Windows 2003, certificate installation can be done by using the follwing procedure:

Open Microsoft Management Console (Start --> Run --> mmc.exe);
Choose File --> Add/Remove Snap-in;
In the Standalone tab, choose Add;
Choose the Certificates snap-in, and click Add;
In the wizard, choose the Computer Account, and then choose Local Computer. Press Finish to end the wizard;
Close the Add/Remove Snap-in dialog;
Navigate to Certificates (Local Computer)
Choose a store to import:
If you have the Root CA certificate for the company that issued the certificate, choose Trusted Root Certification Authorities;
If you have the certificate for the server itself, choose Other People
Right-click the store and choose All Tasks --> Import
Follow the wizard and provide the certificate file you have;
After that, simply restart IIS and try calling the web service again.

I came to the 8 point and still do not know what name to type in the box?
