The rules are:

1. Initial opening (for the first entry only):

• Enter long when the market reaches an Up Fractal. or
• Enter short when the market reaches a Down Fractal.

2. Reversing:

• Reverse to short at a Down Fractal.
• Reverse to long at an Up Fractal.
