Topic: Server went offline for several hours
Our server at Contabo was offline "due to technical difficulties".
Here is the response from the Contabo support:
We faced technical difficulties within our data center, which our systems unfortunately
could not resolve independently. Since our monitoring systems alerted us, our technical
department started investigating and rectifying the situation immediately. Meanwhile, the
issue has been solved and all systems have been brought back online.
Our support hours are every day of the year between 8:00 AM until 11:00 PM. However,
realistically, we are starting sooner and finish the day later to ensure everything is
working within excellent parameter.
We understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience the technical issue had
possibly caused. Rest assured that it is in our own interest to keep all systems up and

determine the problem and to troubleshoot the issues deriving from it. We are now
analyzing any aspect to minimize the risk of such incident to repeat.
