I couldn't open file from Expert Advisor Studio in Forex Strategy Builder.

Pro and Studio are different things, one is a stand-alone program and the other is web/browser-based application. The EAs they export are incompatible between the programs, so your observation is correct - you cannot open EA from Studio in FSB.
