can you say me, what is the Maximum on Magic Numbers in Portfolio?

I think i can from 100 to 999 make.

Can the Portfolio EA 1000 and 1001 and more use?

You probably can but MT has some limitations for the actual number. I just check the documentation and there is no shown limit. However, I'm sure that very big numbers do not work. You may try on demo or on the tester.
