Topic: reloading index

When i try to reload index I get the error
Error: The underlying connection was closed:An unexpected error occurred on a send.
Can someone help me please?

Please download and install the latest version of FSB Pro - v3.8.8. It has the latest security protocols and connects to the repository successfully.

I am trying to install and I am getting an error that FSB_Pro_Updater is using files that need to be updated by setup.
I don't know what that is or how i am supposed to close it.  The setup cant close it.

I managed to install by ignoring the messages and it looks to be running okay now.
