Topic: No connection.

Please help as in one of my aMT4 instances..every weekend I get no connection. Another instance of MT4 with same broker has no issues.

I have 14 portfolios running on the MT4 that goes into no connection. Could this be the reason. Auto-trading stops for me Markets open at 2 am on Monday my time so staying awake to ensure that is not feasible.

I wonder if there is any mention of this in the expert file or the journal.... other than that you will have to deal with the broker and the vps

Probably you have to discuss this issue in your broker's forum. I know that some brokers stops / restarts their trading server over the weekend. However it must no reflect in the trading because MT must re-establish the connection once the server is online.
