Can you post an image of the Editor page and Symbols page?

If FSB Pro can load the data it can make a strategy for it.

This is with a symbol that works

Lets concentrate on non-working symbol, can you make a scshot of CHFJPY symbol settings? And how the indicator chart looks like?

Probably your first strategy doesn't trade because the "Forming MA Period" of AC is equal to 1 and the indicator doesn't allows entries.

Your last strategy does't trade because the entry conditions doesn't clearly define the entry. I see all bars are ambiguous.

It is clear that these screenshot show different strategies.

It looks like the problem is in the strategy parameters instead in the loaded data. You can easily check that by loading one of the demo strategies provided with the software on the data you imported.

If you still have problems please post the concrete strategy and a screenshot of the editor page that shows both input and output info tables.

I am also having problems with my second account, here´s the file of that account.

Here is a solution:

1. Go to the Control Panel -> Account page
2. Set the Active profile and Data Source if it is necessary (it is not in your case)
3. Click "Update"

The program will update the Account Exchange rates from internet.

Restart FSB Pro.
