Close all trade 10 min before news of EUR/USD

'Day Close'  may do what you need. You can set the hour in there. Maybe  'Day Close 2' is better.

However, it may preclude you opening another trade. I have not used it...

You would have to test for sure.!!

My 'secret' goal is to push EA Studio until I can net 3000 pips per day....
