We think we finally solved the problems with connection between FST or FSB Pro with MT4 build 610.
These Expert and Library fix LTF indicators problem or FSB Pro and the connection problem on WinXP.
The installer will copy the files to MT4. If it cannot find your installations, copy the files manually.
Please test it carefully and report all problems. We'll try to fix them all.

No. FSB and FST will be supported.

Thank you for the error report. These reports greatly reduce the time of bug fixing.
Expert and Library was updated to v 6.0 from March 23, 2014.
The expert requires VC++ redistrbutable.

MetaQuotes updated recently MT4 to build 625. Good news is that I got new fix working and ready for testing on Windows XP.

windows 2003 MT4 build 625 with Expert and Library v 6.0 from March 23, 2014, I cannot see MT4_FST EA into MT4 Expert Advisors folder.

Now MT4 is not anymore migrated from 610 to 625.
With Expert and Library v 6.0 is not working and also with the old variants is not working anymore Pro or FST
The error is in metatrader: cannot open MT4_FST Expert.ex4
I tested it on 2 machines on Win 8 and Win XP. MT4 Build 610 and Build 625. Everything works fine so far.
Follow the following instruction:
MT have to be closed.
Please be sure you place the newly download files on the proper places - MQL4\Experts and MQL4\Libraries
You can easily find those folders by clicking File - Open Data Folder menu item of MT4.
Delete mqlcache.dat file in both directories.
Install VC++ Redist 2010
Start MT4.
Right click on MT4-FST Expert and chose Modify.
Compile the expert. It have to be compiled without errors.
Go to MT4 Tools- Options box and select the following options:
Start the expert and set a proper Connection_Id
Run FSB Pro or FST.
Enter the same Connection Id.
If you still have problems,
Install TeamViewer http://www.teamviewer.com/bg/Index.Aspx and send me your computer ID and password. I'll check it.
On Windows server 2003 enterprise edition does not work. Did everything as written above. Compiling without errors. Advisor smiles, but appears:"Cannot load MT4-FST Library.dll"
