Follow the following instruction:

MT have to be closed.
Please be sure you place the newly download files on the proper places - MQL4\Experts and MQL4\Libraries
You can easily find those folders by clicking File - Open Data Folder menu item of MT4.

Delete mqlcache.dat file in both directories.
Install VC++ Redist 2010
Start MT4.
Right click on MT4-FST Expert and chose Modify.
Compile the expert. It have to be compiled without errors.
Go to MT4 Tools- Options box and select the following options:

Start the expert and set a proper Connection_Id

Run FSB Pro or FST.
Enter the same Connection Id.

Install TeamViewer http://www.teamviewer.com/bg/Index.Aspx and send me your computer ID and password. I'll check it.

Now MT4 is not anymore migrated from 610 to 625.

With  Expert and Library  v 6.0 is not working and also with the old variants is not working anymore Pro or FST

The error is in metatrader: cannot open MT4_FST Expert.ex4

These Expert and Library fix LTF indicators problem or FSB Pro and the connection problem on WinXP.

The installer will copy the files to MT4. If it cannot find your installations, copy the files manually.

Please test it carefully and report all problems. We'll try to fix them all.
