Anyone knows that is there any indicator shows Highest and Lowest Price of a specific time (e.g. 5am - 10am).

Look in 'Opening Logic Condition' and you will see 'Hourly High Low' which you can set parameters for.

It may be best for you to read the documentation on the site and then examine the software thoroughly before attempting to use it.
