How many pips is needed to be consider a good strategy (lets say from january till now).
300 - 500 - 1000 - .... ???

It all depends on your leverage/Margen/spread/type of curancy & your amount of money.. 
But in general, to be consider a good strategy you have to duble your money in 03 or 04 months. 
Then your calculatation of the number of pips will be accurate much
