Topic: Problem with Import Data - 20101021

I Exported EURUSD data from FXCM MetaTrader4 as a CSV, but FSB wouldn't accept it. And I also try another way like directly add on data into the csv file that in data file of forex strategy builder, but FSB also wouldn't accept it. Anybody can help to solve the problem, thank you very much.

There are two issues:
1. The columns must be separated with comma, semicolon or tab.
2. There is no volume column.

try this:

select your chart in MT4 - hold down the HOME key (this will download the data from your broker feed)

When you have finished downloading the data, go to menu FILE/Save as - select the folder (DATA) in FSB directory - hit SAVE.

*note* - don't export from the History Center page.

That should fix your problem  smile
