i tried to download data files from FSB Data demo but it appears on outlog window an error message (see the file)
How can i solve this problem?

I cannot reproduce the problem. Do you use Time zone conversion?
Post your data, probably in the wrong format. You can make a screenshot of your data file as well, make at least 10 lines visible, then we can go on from there.

The FSB Pro demo data are composed from DukasCopy ticks and must reflect the real market.
Check on your broker what was happen on that bar (consider the time zone). Most probably the data are correct.
i don't understand...if the data are upload on FSB software directly by Dukascopy and are correct because it appears an error message? i understand if upload from my broker data but it isn't that
Ducas data have some errors on some pairs, I clean it manually. It has some huge spike prices. hmm, if I remember correctly it is around 2017 07 ~15 date. If I don't clean it, fsb pro crashes. So I suggest you to go through opened data with notepad manually and delete bad lines.

Please check if your files are in the correct folder. The folder is probably "FSB export".
i have the same error if import from mt4 the data files...so every kind of download i choose the result is the same (my broker is Activtrades)...i use data download of FSB - error

Upload your data file so it can be looked at. Would be better if it is saved directly from your broker's MT.

your data view is different from mine....how do you can motivate it? for example the number of bars is 607 against 1228
you have changed number of maximum bar s imported...i can't see it in the first screenshot that you posted
however this don't influence outputlog window (i suppose) and in the mine it appears the usual error
No, I just changed the dates, think about it - the wider the timespan, the more bars are exported from your file. I probably hit the maximum. Big range is not an error in itself, if you remove that bar completely, there won't be a notice about it, but the bar is normal (or two) and no further action necessary.
ok...i tried to import through data source different from FSB data and i reach this match....now i repeat the procedure of import by extern folder and i see what it happens
Looks OK to me.
i don't reach to see the intrabar statistics also i load all the TF on editor, i wrong something?
