Topic: Not same results FSB and MT4 Tester - its a urgent Problem!

Hello Miroslav,

my good Friend David Zouein have test the Trial from FSB.

But it is a big Problem. He is Coder and have few good EA coding.

I tested it on MT4 which has same History and same date of test

The results does not look like your software at all, big difference

i tried lot of strategies and backtest them in MT4, i concluded either MT4 is fake or your software results, or some bug

The strategy is garbage.

It is made to exit only at a profit. There anything to protect your friend from an infinite loss.

It opens a long position at Bar Open above the Keltner Channel and close at 1115 points above the high of the previous day. There is no protection that will limit the loss.

The performances greatly depends on the exact starting bar. For example, I started it from February 2017. It opened a long and it is still open smile

The discrepancy, your friend sees, is because of a bug in MT when testing with "Tick mode". MetaTrader never rises tick till the end of the bar.

Thank you for the Video, it explains everything clear
However that's still a problem in General

From your video, I understood that the Bug is only for closing the trade at the "BAR CLOSING"

If i close at the BAR OPENING instead of Bar Closing would that avoid the bug you explained ?

how do we avoid closing at the "BAR CLOSING" which will solve such issue easier and faster.

I see that the software has this "BAR CLOSING" a must to choose and can not be removed and this puts us inside the bug on each and every trade.

can you please explain how to avoid BAR CLOSING function in your software please?

that's a big BUG in your software and easy to fix
I wonder why you disregard such thing, is it the only thing preventing same results when we backtest on mt4 and your software ?
disregarding such a bug opens up this question

FSB is a a standalone product, it is not part of MT, hence MT's bug is MT's bug, not FSB's.

EA Studio uses bar openings, you might try it.

Lastly, I'm most interested in the value of double backtest, how does it stack up favours for trader? (For dimwits the last question is rhetorical)
