What logic will be used if :

Sell >If prices crosses R1 level >And Price is above pivot point

and 

Buy >If prices crosses R1 level >And Price is above pivot point

R1 is always higher that the Pivot Point price.

The symmetrical price to R1 is S1. It is not possible to set a strategy that enters short at R1 and also long at R1. If you want to enter short at R1, the long entry will be at S1.

I am testing the logic to see if forexsb correctly follows it

But as you can see on the screenshot on several occasion the price reached the R1 level but there was no short executed , this happened on several chart.
