Topic: change the settings of the spread

Hello! I have a question under the FSB Professional program! I created my own symbol! I want to change the settings of the spread. But it doesn’t change! It costs 10 Points! Why can't I change the settings of the spread?

Make a screenshot of the problem. And please stop copying your posts into my inbox, this is not normal behaviour.

It seems to have an error there, you see that red cross? Check errors. Maybe you can upload the data file and I'll try to reproduce the issue.

What data file? Quotes? Here are quotes!

WTF did I tell you to do? I told you to check that error! See screenshot below, you have your file naming off. Delete any punctuation in filenames.

Next delete all symbols you have wrong file naming for, then the cached data as well. Next step is to correct the naming of the csv files (use GALAUSDTfut or GALAUSDT for example) and after that add your new symbols with correct naming. I just finished testing, everything works correctly.
