Topic: At what time does the D1 refresh with last values?

Hi,
I'm trying to figure out at the exact time, preferable GMT +2 time zone, when the D1.csv gets uploaded with the last values to that candle for the day at the Historical Forex Data-downloader. Also, does the times differ or are they always the same?
