Topic: EA test on MT5

Hello
I made an EA based on my strategy and I got very good results on Expert Advisor Studio but after I exported to MT5 and tested there the results were very bad with the same conditions
What should I do to get the same good results ?

The only possible reason for the discrepancy is a difference in the historical data and the trading parameters as spread, swaps or commission.

Please import data from your MT5 to EA Studio and try again.

You can do it by using the included "Data Export" scripts. You can find them on the Data -> Data Import page of EA Studio.

Yes I used data export script and now the strategy looks fine in MT5
