Topic: Back Test is Different on MT5

Hello, Its my first time using EA studio Trial version and i generated an Expert Advisor on Gold very simple one but the back test on EA Studio is different than Metatrader.

-On MT5 all trades are in loss.
-Tests running on EightCap - Tickmill Servers both give me Negative
-Tests done on Same days as Premium Data.
-If its a Commission/ Spread issue where do i fill it up inside the generator tap?
It would be great if someone can help me thanks.

One possible reason is a difference in the swaps, spreads and commission.

The swaps are significant these days.

You can customize the data for a particular symbol from Data -> Symbol settings.

Another option is to import data from your MetaTrader terminal. Do it with the help of the scripts attached on the Data -> Data Import page.
