Is it possible to add in a Count of Trades option for sorting the Collection?

It is possible.
However, I'm afraid the count of trades doesn't have a connection with the strategy performance.
It is better to set the minimum desired count as an Acceptance Criteria.

I agree Popov - however the reason I'd like to sort in this way is to determine where my minimum acceptance criteria should be. A quick sort would reveal to me the lowest amount of count that my strategies have, allowing me to decide where I want to cut or edit my acceptance criteria in relation to the count. Right now, I have to go through my often 300 strategies to see where my minimum cutoff might be.

It is much easier than that.
Enable "Performance filters" and set the "Min count of trades" to 500.
You will see immediately how many strategies remain.
