Topic: out of memory How to fix ???

Hello I want to load 1-2 million bars and I get this problem "out of memory" 
I have 4GB Ram 
How to fix???

quadruple your memory?

Better to chop your data to 4 parts so it can handle it. BTW, what data is it?

seems to be an excessive number of bars.. I am at a loss as to why you would need so many bars..... FSB can do wonders with 50,000 or less.

I think the strategy will come out right when the days are very full and.
And I just want to know how much RAM do I need

My guess is about 40 gig

FYI, just some food for thought: using M1 timeframe, one full trading week is about 7000 bars. At some point, what happened too far in the past is probably not relevant to an M1 strategy.
