Topic: JForex importing problem

I'm unable to import the file from JForex to FSB Pro. I followed the JForex instructions, but it seems the old version of JForex differs from the latest version. The new version of JForex doesn't allow choosing the "UTC" time option, although everything else is available. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thank you!

Hello SurfingWave,

Thank you for the report!

Please send me one of your files so I can check it.
1000 bars are enough.

Re: JForex importing problem

The date-time format is different.

The required format is as follows:

YYYY-MM-DD\tHH:MM

Your file format is:

YYYY.MM.DD HH:MM:SS

Please check if there is such an option in JForex.

Re: JForex importing problem

Thank you for the information!

I'll update the FSB Pro import requirements as per the current JForex export format.

Awesome, Thank you!

Re: JForex importing problem

The problem is not in the historical data but in the filename format. It looks like Dukascopy has changed it again.
I'm working on the issue and will release a fix soon.

Re: JForex importing problem

I just uploaded FSB Pro v4.3.3.

It fixes the JForex files import.

This release is available as an auto-update. However, you can always download it from the Forex Strategy Builder's page and install it over your previous installation.

Please test it and send us feedback.
