Topic: Sleep mode “effect” on chrome

Hello Guys,

If I do not maintain open the remote connection, my sessions on chrome somehow starts sleeping.
So I start the generator, close the RD.
After a couple of hours I open the RD and I find out that just 100s additional calculations have been done.

I have asked the VPs service to switch off the hibernate functionalities, now they are okay.
I have set on off the sleep mode from chrome, but still if I want to generate EA need to keep open the connection to the VPs.

Any hint ?

Re: Sleep mode “effect” on chrome

You do not minimize the EA Studio window, right?
And you have the EA Studio in the active tab?

I also use RD to connect my computation machines, but I never experienced such an effect. (However, I use  Edge)

use chromium as browser. its a special chrome version

https://www.chromium.org/Home/

and than u make an shortcut of the exe and put in this

C:\Users\xxxxx\Downloads\chrome-win\chrome-win\chrome.exe --disable-background-timer-throttling --disable-renderer-backgrounding --disable-backgrounding-occluded-windows --js-flags="--max_old_space_size=32768"
