Some time ago I watched one of the videos on the Fractal EA. However, in my recent search I could not find it. Does anyone have a link to this video?

You can test it for yourself.
Open a new strategy in FSB Pro.
Set the market to GBPUSD D1.
Set Fractal in the first strategy slot.
You may test it on different markets.
You can also try adding additional entry or exit indicators.

I cannot find the Fractal Indicator in the Repository or Indicator list!

You're not looking for it in the right place! Pay attention that it is in the position opening slot, the first one after Strategy Properties.
