You have to upload the image somewhere in the net.
After that use the img tag 

[img]http://www.YourSite.com/ImgName.jpg[/img]

Submit the img to http://www.upload-picture.com/  It is free. Copy / paste into the forum the To put on the MySpace forums: link like that:

[img]http://www.upload-picture.com/images/dMM11491.jpg[/img]

It produces this:
