Why all generated strategies has the same date and time 2020 - 12 - 31 00:00 .

This is the date and time of the data used for generating the strategies.
It will change when you recalculate the collection with new data.
You may test it by generating strategies with limited the data from the Data Horizon. (for example you can remove last 6 months). Then remove the limitations and recalculate the strategies.
You will see the new data date and time and also the OOS zone in the balance charts.

And it's one of the really most useful features of EA Studio if you work with strategies that have been generated with different data endings.
