Your expert needs 193 bars but your Meta Trader loads only 100 bars at the start of the backtest.
You can solve the problem by doing what the Expert tells you.
Set a starting date of the backtest in order to force Meta Trader to load bars.
Try to test it from January 2020 for example.

I don't think any change of FSB Pro will fix Meta Trader.
