Topic: Forexsb.com has a new home

Hello Traders,

We moved to a new data center - Contabo in Germany.

forexsb.com was hosted at WebFaction for the last 5 years and we were very happy with them.
Unfortunately, GoDaddy bought WebFaction and now they are going to close them.

We worked hard for the last two weeks to migrate all application and services the new service. We redirected the DNSes to teh new hosting this morning and have new security certificates.

Everything looks fine for now.

I expect to have warnings that our emails can be spam because we have new IP and Google must learn that.

Please mark our emails as "Not Spam" to make google learn it.

Please report any problems you may experience as login, log-out, download data, upload data, posting in the forum...

We will try to fix all problems asap.

Best regards,
Miroslav popv

Re: Forexsb.com has a new home

EAS is not working. I think it's down. When will it be back up?

Re: Forexsb.com has a new home

Hello Jason,

EA Studio is online and works well on the new hosting. We already have newly registered accounts after the migration.

Please reload the browser with Ctrl + F5.
If it still doesn't work, try to reset the browser cache. You may also try a different browser.

Clear Windows 8, 10 cache:

On your keyboard, press Win+X to open the WinX Menu;
Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator;
Run this command ipconfig/flushdns and press Enter

Clear browser cache

Chrome:
Access Chrome and go to Preferences > Advanced >  Clear Browsing Data. Select the items you want to delete, choose the period for which you want to delete them and click Clear Browsing Data. It will also delete your strategies and collections also, so you may save them before that.

Best regards,
Popov

Re: Forexsb.com has a new home

I just stopped the applications on the old data center. It means if you see the website and the forum, you are on the correct place smile

Re: Forexsb.com has a new home

I chatted with Popov through PM and he told me to try accessing expert-advisor-studio.com rather than https://forexsb.com/expert-advisor-studio-app and https://eas.forexsb.com/ which I was trying before.

https://expert-advisor-studio.com worked for me.

Re: Forexsb.com has a new home

I made some tricks on the DSN records. EA Studio may work fine now on all links.
Please try with Ctrl + F5.
