Portfolio export capability is available only in Studio, look under Portfolio tab.

The portfolio doesn't require an online connection with URL now. It calculates the strategies locally in MetaTrader. The benefit is that it is faster, more reliable and also can be backtested with the MetaTrader tester.
Only the first versions required a connection to a server because the signals were managed online.
