"Ich wäre Ihnen sehr verbunden" ist eine Floskel (gehoben für dankbar)  (s. Duden).
" Ich wäre sehr an dich gebunden " ist Quatsch.

"I would be very attached to you" is a phrase (lifted for thankful) (see Duden). **
"I would be very attached to you" is nonsense. (see google-translator).
