Topic: Security options in the EA - maybe help from Selytus?

Hello all and Sleytus.

Sleytus, with MT4-Tracker you have a great security option after trimming Portfolio EA's:
After x losses start strategy y can not open new trades
Is there an easy way, if you do not have programming skills, like me, to include this security option in the FSB EAs?

Thanks, Marcus.

Re: Security options in the EA - maybe help from Selytus?

my thinking is that we have to get at least 80 percent wins and max 2 consecutive losses when using Reactor and Validator.

then run the strategy on different data to make sure not too many losses.

My 'secret' goal is to push EA Studio until I can net 3000 pips per day....

Unfortunately I do not know how to create sleytus

I use the settings in the 'Collection' area to filter the results.

The area that says "Use Performance Filters"

yes thats all ok. but i need for live trading smile

Re: Security options in the EA - maybe help from Selytus?

I think you should be able to get good enough with Validator and Reactor so that you do not need extra stuff for live trading.

Perhaps set tougher criteria when making strategies.

yes, that's all good, that's not what I mean.
Steve has such a wonderful security menu after cropping in the ea studio portfolio .... if more than x loss trades and other .... reactor is only backtest. I try to get that for live
