All,

If someone could confirm my understanding of some basics, I would appreciate it.

1.  For the above CFD, is the correct spread to enter into the script input box 5?

2.  For the above currency pair, is the correct spread to enter into the script input box 29?

4.  Within the Spread field, if I leave it 0, does the script go out and find the current spread, and use that?  Or does it use 0 as the spread?

5.  What do I need to do to make the pictures bigger on the forum?  They are a decent size on my computer.  I am using the Postimage function.  Should I be using another method?

Thanks,

Samuel

Re: EA Studio Data Export Script Questions

Hello Samuel,

If you leave the spread 0 in the script, it will take the current one and will round it upward like that:

Current  =>   Rounded
5  => 10
29 => 30
22 => 30

It is safe to leave it 0. However, you may sat it manually to a value in points you prefer.

Thanks Popov.

Re: EA Studio Data Export Script Questions

Hi, so if we leave it as 0, data export must/should be done during normal market hours instead of after market hours where spreads are much wider (e.g. during the weekends)? Is my understanding correct?

Thank you.

Re: EA Studio Data Export Script Questions

Yes, you are right. You can sett a more meaningful spread manually during the weekend.
