I see it generates better strategies by far, on almost all pairs  when it running on Daily Charts.

It is because the Bar Range / Spread is the highest. It means that the market has more room to cover the spread and to make profit. Unfortunately there is no a perfect solution because the strategies on D1 chart will make lower Profit per day.
