Topic: New installation

Good afternoon. I do not know if it is the right place to ask you this question. I need to make a new installation of your software after a failure of my computer equipment. I could not do the steps to reinstall it on another pc. Could you tell me how to proceed ?. Thanks for your help.

Hello Javier,

We deactivated the previous installation and now you can install it again.

You have to use your license key to activate your account.
