Topic: Question about data symbols...

I'm creating synthetic (customized) data sets from *.csv files.  It seems that FSBPro expects the names to be EURUSD60.csv, USDCHF60.csv, etc.  If I create a hybrid data file from EURUSD plus USDCHF is there a way for me to name it EURUSD-USDCHF60.csv and have FSB Pro recognize it?  Or am I limited to the existing naming convention?  It's not a big deal -- I can temporarily rename my hybrid to USDCHF60.csv when I want to use it and force FSB Pro to reload it.  My intention is to create a library of synthetic, hybrid *.csv data sets and would like a way to name them and have FSB Pro recognize them.

Re: Question about data symbols...

I just now discovered Control Panel / Symbols -- which does allow me to create new symbol names.  But I'm restricted to 6 characters -- is that correct?

Re: Question about data symbols...

You can set is as "CFD" and the 6 symbol name limitation will be removed.
All the rest will be the same.

Excellent -- thank you, Popov.
