Hello. What happens if the browser I'm using to generating EA shutdown accidentally?
Could i review the generation EA process that i have launched in one browser trough another different one?

When you start the browser next time, it will recover all settings, the active strategy and the collection.

Is possible to look at the evolution of the process from other browser?

You cannot do that. Each browser saves the settings and collections in its Local Storage.
