You are probably using it on a timeframe higher than H4, or specific minute setting, which is not available in your chosen timeframe, hence the zeroes. Indicator works fine. It does need modifications that the hours and minutes would correspond to the timeframe at hand, then there wouldn't be awkward situations for new users where indi plots zeroes.
