I want to apologize if the question was already answered. What are the red and green lines in the picture?

The green line is the balance line for long trades only.
The red line shows the balance of the short trades.
Blue line is the account balance, which is equal to green + red lines.

Thank you. Another question. To install the new version of FST I have to uninstall the previous version, or I can install over it? Thank you again.

You don't need to uninstall first.
Both MetaTrader and FST must be stopped during installation.
