Re: Calling standard indicator in mqh fails

Compiles without problems. I'm baffled.

Re: Calling standard indicator in mqh fails

Do you copied the files I attached to the previous post on the correct folders? Do you reloaded the cs SuperTrend indicator in FSB?

Re: Calling standard indicator in mqh fails

Yes to all questions.

Re: Calling standard indicator in mqh fails

I downloaded the files from the forum. Put them in FSB, exported an EA again and it compiled and run in MT.

I'm using FSB Pro v2.7.3 and Expert_version 20.

If you do the same, it must compile. You must have "AverageTrueRange.mqh" in "User Files\MT4 Files\MQL\Forexsb.com\Indicators" folder by default.

Re: Calling standard indicator in mqh fails

If you can share your desktop with TeamViewer or at least at Skype, I may find the reason for the failure.

Re: Calling standard indicator in mqh fails

Footon, did you solve the problem?

Re: Calling standard indicator in mqh fails

No, I haven't solved it. Or actually I can solve it by cutting out the indi call and substituting it with actual indi calculation, then it compiles without problems.

I'll upload the files to repo, I did this conversion with hourly low/high man Niek in mind, would be great if he would test it out.

Re: Calling standard indicator in mqh fails

I'll include ATR function in the base classes so it will not be necessary to call an indicator.
