if i want to use a MA of over 200 period , i read in the forum to use the LTF MA of higher timeframe, how to use it

LTF means Longer Time Frame. This is not a separate indicators set, but an option in FSB Pro for each opening and closing logic indicators.
Yellow box shows the strategy time frame and symbol.
Green box shows a specific for the indicator time frame and symbol. (Has to be renamed to Longer Time Frame)

so in FSB one cant go over 200 period MA

What do you need in the first place, higher timeframe MA or MA with a period >200?

MA higher than 200 i.e is the same as LTF, that is what is required

Both? Don't understand you.
Anyhow, for higher timeframe use WTF, those are in the repository.
Larger period MA is possible via customization, max limit must be raised, that's it.
