Topic: Orders sent to MT4 Fail - 5 digit charts are changed to 4 digits

I am experiencing the following two issues when applying FST;


1.  Orders not executing - whether from the strategy or sent manually from FST, i receive a 'Trade is Disabled' error message in the journals.

2.  I am using a 5 digit broker, however when I apply the MT4-FST expert to the chart, it has converted it to 4 digits, therefore seemingly slowing down the ticks of price action.


Both are indicated attached.

Any advice?

"Trade is disabled" indicates that the use of EAs is prohibited. You are better off with contacting your broker as it is not FST related.

I believe i see the problem from the scr you provided.
It seems you have account with your broker that works on 5 digits feed. There is a special symbol name like EURUSD- or EURUSD.
The problem is you opened chart with wrong symbol name like EURUSD.

Ah yeah, that was the problem. Silly newbie question, but thanks for your help.
